A caprivating adorable summer home, lovely like a childhood memory. The renovated old house is preserved without much change since 1950, located in traditional resort area made of fleet wooden buildings. The house is surrounded by green garden that is so uncommon considering it's location in central area of Pärnu city. Garden is surrounded with a wooden fence so it is private to grill and sunbath there.

The two-bedroom apartment (75 m2) is on the first floor with entrance from the street pathway. Apartment has one large bedroom with king size bed and a sofa bed. Another bedroom is smaller with sofa bed and suitable for young family members. Living room has an entrance to a large terrace in the garden. There is a TV, but it can also be used as a sleeping room. Kitchen is equipped with everything necessary and there is a washing machine. Large terrace makes it a real treasure.

Honeycomb
A one-bedroom open-plan apartment (60 m2) is under the roof of a detached house. Entrance is from garden side where is a small hall for storage. On second floor is a semi-detached bedroom with king size bed and french balcony. Living room is open-plan with a compact fully equipped kitchen. There is a small terrace where you can have coffee and sunbath. Living room has two sofa beds that can fit two couples. Bathroom has a modern shower cabin, a french balcony and a washing machine. Apartment is nicely designed, warm and cozy, with natural wooden floor.
